1. Service Description

Code2Cast is a platform that generates podcast episodes from software codebases using AI. We provide a CLI tool, web dashboard, and hosting infrastructure for generated audio content.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including API keys. You must not share your account or API keys with unauthorized parties.

3. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the source code you analyse and the podcast episodes generated from it. We do not claim any rights over your content. AI-generated scripts and audio are licensed to you for unrestricted use.

4. Organizations

Organization owners are responsible for managing member access and ensuring compliance with these terms. API keys are scoped to organizations and should be rotated regularly.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service to process code you don't have rights to
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the AI generation system
• Do not use the service for any illegal purpose

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before publication.
